Integrations

Keep your stack. Ayra Desk connects the steps around it.

Your practice system runs sessions, notes and billing. Ayra Desk works the months before the first session, across fax, email, phone and text, then hands each ready child to the system you already use.

Start with your channels

Point your fax line, intake inbox and web referral form at Ayra Desk. Families hear from you by text. You don’t need an EHR or payer integration to begin.

No API? One-step hand-off.

When a child is ready, Ayra Desk prepares the client record and documents in the format your system expects. Your staff review and add it in one step.

Direct where it’s allowed

We build direct connections where the vendor offers an API and grants approved access. We’re building a direct CentralReach connection, subject to CentralReach’s API access approval.

We add records. We don’t overwrite them. No shared passwords Your practice system stays the record Every write is approved by your staff
What a hand-off includes

Everything your staff need to create the client, in one place.

When a child is ready to start, Ayra Desk assembles what your team would otherwise retype from faxes and phone notes. Your staff review it and add it to your practice system. Nothing is written to your system without that step.

ChildName, date of birth, address, preferred language
CaregiversGuardians and contact details, with consent records
ReferralReferring provider, diagnosis as written on the referral, source documents
InsurancePayer, member ID, card images

Integration questions

How connecting works.

What do we need to connect on day one?
Only a referral channel and texting. Most clinics start by forwarding their fax line and intake inbox. Your practice system doesn’t need to be connected for Ayra Desk to start reading referrals and keeping families informed.
Our system has no API. Can we still use Ayra Desk?
Yes. When a child is ready, Ayra Desk prepares the client record and documents in the format your system expects. Your staff review them and add them in one step. Nothing is written to your system without that step.
Do you need our EHR passwords?
No. We don’t ask for shared passwords. Direct connections use the vendor’s official API and access your clinic approves.
Will Ayra Desk change records already in our system?
No. Ayra Desk adds new client records once your staff approve them. It doesn’t edit or overwrite existing records.
Is data shared with these vendors covered by HIPAA?
Ayra Desk handles PHI under a business associate agreement with your clinic, and vendors that handle PHI for us sign BAAs with us. Your own agreements with your practice system vendors stay in place. See HIPAA and security.

Don’t see your system?

Tell us what you use for scheduling, billing and phones. We’ll show you how Ayra Desk would fit, and what your staff would do differently.
